Anjouan-Licensed Casinos Accepting Australians: 2026 List
Anjouan is one of the three islands of the Union of the Comoros, and its gaming licences, issued through Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. (ALSI) under the island’s Computer Gaming Licensing Act, have become common at offshore casinos since 2023. Licence numbers follow the format ALSI-YYYYMMNNN-FI…, which makes them easy to recognise and look up.
Six casinos in our review database record an Anjouan licence and accept Australian players. Two publish their full ALSI number, one combines Anjouan with a Tobique licence, and two are run by operators that are not named on their own websites. An Anjouan licence is a light-touch offshore licence and does not authorise services in Australia.

Anjouan-Licensed Casinos: Comparison Table
Selection Criteria
- The review’s licence data records an Anjouan licence (Anjouan Gaming Board or an ALSI licence number).
- The casino accepts Australian players and is not flagged as restricted for Australia.
- Ordered by overall rating.
DegenCity is included because its stored licence number is an ALSI number, although one of its tags in our database reads Curaçao. We list it here on the basis of the licence number and have flagged the inconsistency for correction.

Casino Notes
CristalPoker
CristalPoker publishes its ALSI number, uses iTechLabs for RNG testing and runs a casino, poker room and sportsbook. Its three welcome bonuses carry no wagering but are sticky: the bonus amount is removed at cashout, while your deposit and winnings are withdrawable. CristalPoker review.
DegenCity
DegenCity’s licence number dates from January 2026, consistent with its 2026 launch. It offers provably fair Originals, a sportsbook and 10% no-wagering cashback in the first week. Our review lists the Anjouan licence’s lighter oversight as its first drawback. DegenCity review.
Ignition
Ignition is a casino and poker room with a dedicated Australian site and a crypto-focused cashier (BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, USDT). It may recover deposit fees if you withdraw after little play, a term worth reading before a card deposit. Ignition review.
Level Up
Level Up lists both Anjouan and Tobique licences, has 6,000+ pokies and pays e-wallets and crypto within an hour of approval. Monthly withdrawals are capped at 15,000 in the account currency. Level Up review.
CrownPlay
CrownPlay does not name its operator on the site; AskGamblers attributes it to NovaForge Ltd. It processes withdrawals Monday to Friday within three business days and offers 15% daily cashback. CrownPlay review.
Mafia Casino
Mafia Casino, launched in 2025, also does not name its operator. It offers 12,000+ games and 25% weekly live cashback, but its withdrawal limits could not be verified in the sources we checked. It is rated 3.5. Mafia Casino review.
What an Anjouan Licence Means for Australians
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Does it allow the casino to serve Australians? | No. Offering online casino games to people in Australia is prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, whatever the overseas licence. |
| How strict is it? | It is regarded as a light-touch licence. Our reviews score it below tier-one regulators such as the MGA. |
| Can I complain to the regulator? | A complaints channel exists, but enforcement for overseas players is limited. |
| Is the licence number public? | Yes. ALSI numbers can be checked on the public register. |
| Can a licence holder sub-license other sites? | Reported terms prohibit sub-licensing, unlike Curaçao’s former master licence model. |
Our Anjouan licence guide covers the regulator in more detail; compare it with the Curaçao and Tobique guides.

How to Check an Anjouan Licence
- Find the licence number in the casino footer. It should start with ALSI.
- Look it up on the Anjouan public register and confirm the domain is listed under that licence.
- Check that the company name on the register matches the operator named in the casino’s terms. If the casino does not name an operator, as with CrownPlay and Mafia Casino, you cannot complete this step.
- Check the licence date. A licence issued months before launch is normal; a missing date is not.
- Read the casino’s complaints procedure and note the escalation contact.

Terms to Check at These Casinos
The licence is only the starting point; the terms below differ between the six casinos and affect how and when you get paid:
- Sticky bonuses. CristalPoker’s no-wagering bonuses are sticky, so the bonus amount itself is never paid out.
- Business-day processing. CrownPlay processes withdrawals Monday to Friday, 6am–5pm GMT, which is evening to early morning in eastern Australia.
- Level-based caps. CrownPlay starts at €500 per day and €7,000 per month; higher levels raise this to €1,500 and €20,000.
- Deposit fee recovery. Ignition may recover deposit fees when a withdrawal follows little play.
- Unverified figures. DegenCity’s “no stated limit on crypto” and Mafia Casino’s withdrawal limits are unconfirmed in our data. Ask support for the current figures in writing.

Anjouan vs Other Licences in Our Data
Across the 46 casinos available to Australians in our database, Curaçao and Tobique licences are each far more common than Anjouan. Anjouan casinos in this list tend to be newer (DegenCity 2026, Mafia Casino 2025, CrownPlay 2023), with Ignition and Level Up as older brands that list it alongside or instead of other licences.
| Licence | Example casinos | See list |
|---|---|---|
| Curaçao | Cosmobet, RocketPlay, BitStarz | Curaçao casinos |
| Tobique | 7Bit, King Billy, Wild Tornado | Tobique casinos |
| Anjouan | CristalPoker, DegenCity, Ignition | This page |
