CashtoCode at Online Casinos for Australians
CashtoCode is a prepaid deposit method built around a 20-digit eVoucher code. You buy the code from a reseller, enter it at checkout, and no bank or card details reach the merchant. None of the casinos reviewed on BetsAuthority currently lists CashtoCode in its cashier terms. It appears mostly at European-facing casinos, and Australians usually have more luck with Neosurf or Paysafecard, which do the same job and are widely accepted.
Alternative: Casinos With Voucher Deposits
The table below is not a list of CashtoCode casinos. It shows reviewed casinos that list Neosurf, Paysafecard or both, the two prepaid vouchers Australians can buy locally and use the same way.
| Casino | Neosurf deposits | Paysafecard deposits |
|---|---|---|
| CosmoBet | Yes | Yes |
| MrPunter | Yes | No |
| BitStarz | Yes | Yes |
| Bizzo | Yes | No |
| Wild Tornado | Yes | Yes |
| Playfina | Yes | Yes |
How CashtoCode Works
CashtoCode exists in two forms. The original Classic product, launched in Germany and Austria, generates a barcode at the merchant’s checkout that you pay with cash at a partner store; the money then credits the account. The newer eVoucher is a 20-digit code bought in advance from an authorised reseller and entered at checkout, much like Neosurf.
| Feature | CashtoCode eVoucher |
|---|---|
| Code | 20 digits |
| Where to buy | Authorised online resellers (CashtoCode names Reloadhero, Dundle, OffGamers and Coinsbee) and some convenience stores |
| Currencies | More than 25, including AUD codes sold by resellers |
| Customer fees | CashtoCode states no usage fees for customers; merchants cover processing |
| Unused value | Stays on the code |
| Withdrawals | Not supported; deposit only |
| Reviewed casinos listing it | 0 |
Reseller listings for Australia show AUD eVouchers in values from A$5 to A$200. Resellers can add their own service fee or price above face value, so compare the checkout total with the voucher value before paying. MiFinity’s support pages also note that CashtoCode Classic is sold in retail locations in Australia, but CashtoCode doesn’t publish an Australian store list, and availability varies.
Why CashtoCode Is Rare for Australians
Casinos don’t connect to each voucher brand directly. They use payment processors, and each processor offers a set of methods per country. Three factors keep CashtoCode out of most Australian-facing cashiers:
- Retail network. MiFinity describes CashtoCode as having more than 100,000 retail partners, mostly in Europe. Neosurf and Paysafecard have longer-standing Australian retail distribution.
- Processor coverage. The processors used by casinos that accept Australians already offer Neosurf, Paysafecard and Flexepin, so there is little reason to add a fourth voucher.
- Legal position. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits offering online casino services to people in Australia, so regulated payment brands are cautious about appearing in Australian casino cashiers. Our page on offshore casinos explains what that means for players.
The result is practical, not technical: an AUD CashtoCode code works at merchants that accept it, but in our reviewed casino set that number is zero. Check again before buying codes for a specific site.
If You Find a Casino That Takes CashtoCode
- Confirm the option appears in the logged-in cashier for an Australian account. Some casinos show methods by country, and a logo on the homepage doesn’t guarantee it.
- Check the currency. An AUD eVoucher used at a casino with a EUR or USD balance will be converted, and the credited amount will differ from the face value.
- Buy the code only from a reseller CashtoCode lists. Codes sold by individuals on marketplaces or social media are a common fraud route.
- Enter the 20-digit code on the CashtoCode page opened from the cashier and confirm the amount.
- Set up a withdrawal method before you play. Since CashtoCode can’t receive money, the casino will pay out by bank transfer, e-wallet or crypto after verification.

CashtoCode vs Vouchers Accepted in Australia
| Voucher | Code | Reviewed casinos accepting it | Main cost to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| CashtoCode | 20 digits | 0 | Reseller mark-up; currency conversion |
| Neosurf | 10 characters | 28 | 5% fee to refund unused value |
| Paysafecard | 16 digits | 25 | A$5 per month on unused credit from month 2 |
| Flexepin | 16 digits | 7 | A$30 refund fee; A$4 per month after the use-by date |
On availability alone, Neosurf is the practical replacement: 28 reviewed casinos accept it and AUD codes are sold in Australian stores. Paysafecard is the second choice. Flexepin is issued by an Australian company (Flexewallet Pty Ltd, Melbourne) but is accepted at fewer casinos.
Buying eVouchers Safely
- Use listed resellers only. Codes sold below face value by individuals are usually stolen or already spent, and the issuer won’t replace them.
- Check the region. Reseller listings name the country (“AUD, Australia”). A code for another region may not redeem or may convert at a poor rate.
- Keep the purchase email. It is your proof of payment if a code fails or the casino asks how you funded the account.
- Never share the code. Anyone asking you to pay a “release fee” or “tax” on winnings with a voucher code is running a scam.
Prepaid codes also work as a hard spending cap: you can’t deposit more than you bought. Combined with a casino deposit limit, this is one of the simpler budgeting tools available. Our gambling budgeting guide sets out a weekly method.
Withdrawals After a Voucher Deposit
Voucher deposits create the same payout problem whichever brand you use. Expect these steps:
- Verification. ID and proof of address are standard. Some casinos also ask for a photo of the voucher receipt or reseller email. Details in our KYC verification guide.
- Choosing a payout method. Crypto and e-wallets are usually processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfers typically take 1 to 7 business days.
- Minimums. Bank withdrawals often carry higher minimums than deposits. HellSpin, for example, lists A$100 for bank withdrawals versus A$10 for crypto.
Our fast withdrawals guide compares payout speeds by method, and the Neosurf casinos list ranks the voucher-friendly sites. The full set of methods is on the payment methods hub.
