MiFinity Casino Payments for Australians

MiFinity is an e-wallet that has become one of the most common non-crypto payout methods at offshore casinos open to Australians. In our database, 27 reviewed casinos list it, and 25 of those accept it for withdrawals as well as deposits. That two-way support is the main reason to use it: unlike Neosurf or PayID at most offshore sites, MiFinity lets winnings come back the same way the money went in.

Casinos That List MiFinity

The table shows the highest-rated casinos that list MiFinity in their deposit or withdrawal terms. Lucky Dreams sets its MiFinity minimum withdrawal at A$30 against A$300 by bank transfer, and Woo Casino names crypto and MiFinity as its fastest payout routes.

MiFinity Fees

The figures below come from MiFinity’s published fee page. MiFinity does not publish an Australia-specific schedule; fees for loading by card are grouped by card region.

TransactionMiFinity fee
Open and hold an accountFree
Load by Visa/Mastercard (incl. Apple Pay, Google Pay)1.8% (EEA cards), 2.5% (non-EEA), 3.5% to 4% (interregional)
Load by crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT and others)1.8%
Pay a casinoNo fee listed
Receive a casino withdrawalFree
Withdraw to a Visa card€1 to €1.75
Withdraw to a Mastercard€1.75 to €2
Currency conversion chargeUS$1.90 up to US$250; 0.76% from US$250 to US$2,500; US$19 above
FX rate markupTypically up to 2.99% (3.99% for exotic currencies)
Transfer to friends and family1% (max €10)
Dormant account€1 per month after 12 months without login
AUD eVoucher purchase4.5%

The dormancy fee is lower and starts later than Skrill’s or Neteller’s, which both charge about €5 or US$5 a month after six months. For a player who uses a wallet a few times a year, that difference is the largest saving.

Fee comparison of MiFinity, Skrill and Neteller for card top-up, currency conversion and dormancy, with MiFinity's 1 euro per month dormancy fee after 12 months highlighted

Worked Example

You load A$300 with an Australian Visa debit card. If MiFinity classes the card as non-EEA, the load fee is 2.5%, or A$7.50. You deposit A$292.50 at a casino with an AUD account, then withdraw A$600 back to MiFinity at no MiFinity fee. Paying the balance out to your Visa card costs €1 to €1.75. If the wallet were in EUR and the casino in AUD, the conversion charge and FX markup would apply on both legs.

The MiFinity eVoucher

MiFinity also sells a prepaid eVoucher in AUD and other currencies. MiFinity’s support page lists AUD voucher values from 25 to 400, valid for 12 months and usable once in full; the fee page lists a 4.5% purchase fee for AUD. The voucher is a deposit tool only. Casinos that accept the voucher pay winnings out to a MiFinity eWallet or another method, not back to the voucher. If you want a voucher for deposits without a wallet, compare Neosurf and Flexepin.

How to Deposit With MiFinity

  1. Sign up at MiFinity with your legal name, date of birth and Australian address.
  2. Select the wallet currency. AUD avoids conversion at casinos that hold AUD balances.
  3. Verify the account by uploading photo ID and, when asked, proof of address.
  4. Load the wallet by debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto.
  5. In the casino cashier choose MiFinity, log in to approve the payment, and the balance updates in seconds.

How MiFinity Withdrawals Work

StageTypical time
Casino pending period0 to 72 hours depending on the casino
Casino to MiFinityWithin hours after approval at most casinos in our data
MiFinity to card or bankDepends on route; card withdrawals cost €1 to €2

Published e-wallet times in our data: Level Up 0 to 1 hour after approval, Lucky Dreams around 0 to 1 hour, Wild Tornado around 0 to 1 hour, Spin Samurai 0 to 24 hours. The first withdrawal takes longer because the casino runs identity verification before releasing funds.

When MiFinity Is Not the Right Choice

  • You want the cheapest route to your bank. Crypto payouts, where offered, avoid card-withdrawal fees but bring exchange costs and price risk. See the crypto wallets guide.
  • Your casino lists MiFinity for deposits only. Two of the 27 casinos in our data do not list it for withdrawals. Check the cashier’s withdrawal tab before depositing, or you may be paid by bank transfer instead, which takes 3 to 10 business days at several casinos.
  • You need a chargeback option. Once you pay a casino from an e-wallet, there is no card-style dispute process with the casino. Disputes go through the casino’s complaints procedure and its licensing body.
  • You play once or twice a year. The €1 dormancy fee is small, but card top-up fees of up to 4% on small deposits add up. A A$25 deposit loaded at 4% costs A$1.
  • ## Practical Tips
  • Use the same email and name at MiFinity and the casino. Mismatches are the most common reason e-wallet withdrawals are rejected.
  • Keep the wallet in the casino’s account currency. On a A$1,000 withdrawal, the 0.76% conversion charge alone is about A$7.60, before the FX markup.
  • Screenshot your MiFinity profile page showing your name and wallet ID. Casinos often ask for it as proof of ownership.
  • Withdraw in fewer, larger amounts if the casino’s limits allow it, because card payouts from MiFinity carry a fixed fee per transaction.
